3. Share Information with Prospective Bidders:

Any bid information prepared by MG during consultation, including shop drawings, detailed material quantities, etc., will be made available to all component and labor suppliers invited to bid.

· Using these bid documents, each member of the supply chain may submit a detailed bid for his separate portion of the work at hand. When all bidders have equal access to identical, accurate information it ensures the owner will receive the best combination of price and service on the LGSF components and services.
