2. Add Detailed Consulting Services:

During the introductory consulting period, Metallbau works with the A&E design team to identify their need for additional detailed consulting services. Consulting should begin early before key strategic decisions are locked in.

Metallbau's consulting service contract can include a number of detailed consulting products. The final MG consulting contract will contain discrete line-item services with separate prices. The owner and his design team may choose from those services listed below:

Detailed consulting, during the CD and Bid Phases, including extensive value engineering review.

Prepare all LGSF shop drawings

Prepare detailed coordination drawings for a variety of MEP and other sub-trades

Assist in preparation of bid documents for the LGSF portion of the work

Assist in training of the prefabricator and assemblers

Assist the General Contractor and his framing erector during construction
