Coordination drawings can provide the general contractor with a set of unparalleled management tools that will accelerate the construction process. We have successfully applied these on multi-story projects up to 250,000 SF in floor area. Coordination drawings offered by MG include:

Building perimeter closure (or face of concrete dimensions /exterior walls) We'll check and 'close' the plan geometry. It's amazing how often the plan dimensions of a project don't close.
Sleeve layouts through PT slabs. Where holdowns penetrate the PT slab, or where other necessary sleeves for MEP penetrate the slab, MG has developed a process to make layouts virtually foolproof, and up to four times faster than traditional methods.
Plumbing Sleeves virtually eliminate problems with stub-ups not been aligned inside of walls.
Electrical Sleeves can also be coordinated with direct input from the electrical sub.
