Metallbau is finding increasing opportunities to provide LGSF services and products on large projects in many regional areas.
Our construction systems are currently being used on dormitories, assisted care, condos, and apartments-but, we often need local help to get them built.

Your local area could be ripe for load-bearing light gauge steel, but may lack companies with the technical expertise combined with local labor to erect these structures.Metallbau will supply the knowledge base and experience, and your company can supply the installation crews.

Metallbau is currently searching for qualified companies in new regional markets who desire to:

Increase their gross sales by learning to install complete building frames using bearing wall light gauge steel.
Learn to install Metallbau's complete LGSF Systems.

A qualified installer should have the following qualifications:

Previous framing experience
Crew sizes should be adequate to perform projects (40KSF to 250KSF) in a timely fashion
Installers will assemble walls and install them using MG's precut, pre-marked, and coordinated "cut-packs"
Installers will use Metallbau's precut framing to install walls, floors, roof trusses, and miscellaneous metals necessary for a complete structure
