A 5-story high-end condominium project, which uses a deep-leg decking system, called ComFloor. The deck was especially chosen for its high quality, low sound transfer, and very solid feel. The decking spans up to 26' and has a total depth of 11". Shear walls are poured in place concrete to resist the building's heavier loads.
