Panel Kits: MG will cut, label, and pre-mark complete wall panel 'kits.'
We use waterproof polyester labels, which show the wall identification numbers
of panel components in an easily understood
manner. Wall kits can be pre-assembled in a component plant by others, or
right at the project job site by on-site carpenters. All cutting and assembly
tolerances are accounted for in the shop drawings produced by our CyberSteel
software. Prefabricated
Wall Panels: MG can prefabricate wall panels andship them to your site.
Shipping assembled walls adds transportation costs, depending on the distance
from our plant to your job site. Because transportation of all panels entails
'hauling air', we'll also evaluate the possibility of having a third party
fabricator build panels nearer your site.
